Refund policy
CoinPave is a prepaid API balance service. This policy explains when credits and refunds are available.
Top-ups
Completed top-ups are generally non-refundable because balance is available immediately and may be consumed by API requests.
Billing errors
If a duplicate charge, wrong amount, or confirmed payment processing error occurs, contact [email protected] within 7 days.
Service credits
For eligible platform incidents, CoinPave may issue account credits instead of cash refunds.
Chargebacks
Disputed or reversed payments may lead to balance adjustment, account restriction, or suspension while the case is reviewed.
